Hiya Jane, Im sorry you were getting an answer phone when you gave our shop a ring.
All I can think of was it may have been outside of our business hours.
We open from 10.30am and close at 5.15pm sharp Monday to Saturday, we do, however, open Sundays when its the school half term and summer holidays etc as we are based in a holiday destination town in Cornwall.
Friday the 13th on Blu-ray can be sorted out for you Jane, not a problem at all.
But, what I would suggest, and this goes for any member of these forums wanting to order from me, is that, its best if you preorder new films at least a week before release to ensure that you get your copy.
As I mentioned before, we take payment over the phone and give you a ring straight back to confirm payment has gone through. All information given to us is treated under the data protection act and is discarded straight away.
