Favourite Episode

My favourite episode of season 1 has to be Devil's Trap written by show creator Eric Kripke and directed by the late Kim Manners.

Mine has to be Scarecrow or The Bendors, awesome episodes

OMG, yer, they were two awesome episodes! So need to rewatch the earlier seasons again, my memory is so bad at times! lol

I'd have to agree with both of you and add the 'pilot'

Awwww the Pilot, what a delight seeing Jensen come on the screen. I went into the show completely blind and knew nothing about it, I literally watched it due to the title of show, being a huge sci-fi/fantasy fan. So imagine my delight to see Dark Angel's Jensen Ackles, I knew that the show was going to be awesome due to the content of the show and having such a superb actor I knew already in it. I will admit, never heard of Jared, but was happy to have discovered him, he such a great actor, especially in the later seasons as he starts to really flex those acting muscles. Plus discovering alot of familar names from X-Files totally had me sold on the show. xox

I know! I had the biggest crush on Jensen from the age of 11 watching 'Days of our lives.' I wrote Eric Brady all over my school books and got in trouble, I was told to cover my books lol. Then I saw him in 'Dark Angel' and was so pissed when Ben got killed off, then they blessed us with Alec and I was hooked again.

I hadn't seen any promos so when I saw 'Supernatural.' I thought it was a film, I was so excited when they said it would be on next sunday. I love the supernatural and like you I'm a huge fan of sci-fi/ fantasy, just recently started writing my own. I hadn't heard of Jared either and only saw 'Gilmore Girls' after the 1st season and I'm glad he found this because that show didn't allow him to grow as an actor. On 'Supernatural' we've seen him grow so much as an actor and he's definately working with the best. I used to be terrified of X-Files but then I was a young fan. lol

All dirty and tied up (now where's the handcuffed emoticon, can't find it I guess this'll have to do!) That must be why it's one of my favourite episodes.

But the one that really does it for me in Season 1 has gotta be 'Home'. that phonecall message to his dad. The eyes, the slight quiver of the lip, heart lurching here!! Oh I feel a fangirl moment coming on!!! Where's the swooning emoticon

What about Bugs? Dean in the Steam Shower with the Pink wrap around towel on his head, so so funny

I must admit Bugs was not one of my favourites, those bees and insects, yuk!! But the shower scene with the pink towel, freakin' hilarious!
I watched Phantom traveller the other day and the scene where Dean admits he's afraid of flying is still one of my all time favourites. Love me a bit of vulnerable Dean...

I'd like to say Hell House for all the cute pranking that went on in that episode but really what sticks in my mind is Sammy looking very fit with that little towel coming out of the shower *sigh*

Apart from that I thought Skin was excellent - that scene in the shower when the shapeshifter sheds his "Dean skin" was really good in a disgusting sort of way......

I'd have to say my favourite from season 1 would have to be Devil's Trap or The Benders. Although I do love the episode Faith, which I find slightly strange seeing as Dean nearly dies

I wasn't really sure where to post this but seeing as its in season 1 I thought I'd just drop it in here lol. I was just watching the Wendigo episode last night (again ) and I just can't get over how cute Dean's little face is just after Hayley says "must you cheapen the moment?" Aaw, he's so cute, that makes me giggle every time I see it

Erm, I've just realised that I wrote "shower" instead of "sewer" in my last post about the shapeshifter in Skin. I guess it's obvious where my mind was at when I wrote that.... still thinking about Sammy in the shower in Hell House

Oh, Sam, if I felt like I got hit by a planet, I’d have headaches, too. Speaking off, the next time someone asks me how I feel when I have some of my infamous (and horrific) migraines again, I will borrow that line. Talk about bringing a bit of Supernatural into your everyday life. Because – it pretty much feels like that… very descriptive and accurate here…
